A feature-rich dashboard includes in-app sliders to simulate costs, a dynamic spend vs budget gauge and moving numerical and graphical displays. Essential for any purchase and now all in one place with no spreadsheets required!
Buy-To-Let Calculator - For seasoned professionals and those taking their first steps into property investment, this calculator assesses the financial implications and provides income analysis for property investment opportunities. Interactive sliders form an interface for simulating different spending scenarios, key income metrics change dynamically and a rolling 10-year forecast shows projected Gross Yield, Net Yield and ROI.
Mortgage Repayment Calculator - This tool calculates mortgage repayments and allows users to simulate changes using in-app sliders, and determine the effects of overpayments.
Mortgage Scenario Planner - See the impact of renewing your mortgage with different rates and terms. Simulate as many mortgage changes as you like, with a rolling overview showing outstanding mortgage debt and interest paid to date at each renewal.
Stamp Duty Calculator - This calculator goes well beyond the basics, covering all UK regions and property types, and maintained up-to-date with current government-defined rates and bands. Residential and non-residential properties are included and results are presented graphically with an interactive slider to vary purchase price.
