Why did you move to Bad Dinosaur?
There are a few reasons why I was eager to join the Bad Dinosaur team.
Firstly, I love their MVP ethos that helps clients get to market fast whilst not compromising on quality.
I also loved how varied and ethical the client base is! It means that no two days will be the same and I feel like I am contributing to some really amazing ideas that could change the world for the better.
Finally, I missed working as part of a small, close knit team and the Bad Dino team are all so great and welcoming that I knew I’d feel at home right away!
How did you get into project management?
I had a bit of a strange path into Project Management and until recently it’s not the type of role I’d have thought would have been right for me - thankfully I was very wrong!
After getting my degree in History of Art and working in pubs and gyms, I decided I was ready to start my “career”. This initially led me to recruitment where I spent two and a half years learning how to manage multiple clients and projects, work to difficult timelines and hit tight deadlines!
It was also in recruitment that I discovered the tech world and how versatile and exciting it could be, having partnered with a wide range of tech companies and agencies. This led me to take my first leap into tech agency work where I took up the role of account manager and supported major fintech clients.
Whilst working as an account manager, I was also lucky enough to be closely involved in some of the smaller projects our teams were working on and was able to take up project management responsibilities for these. I quickly realised that I loved being so close to the projects and feeling that sense of achievement when it is delivered on time to happy clients!
So, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in tech and project management which finally led me to Bad Dinosaur which has so far been a perfect fit for me!

I’m a big fan of musical theatre and have been in quite a few amateur productions- you’ll usually spot me dancing waaaaay in the back!
What's your favourite computer game?
Either Skyrim or Yoshi Storybook (N64) for nostalgic reasons.
Playlist Genre to get you motivated
Elder Emo Classics or Early Noughties Indie.

It’s an obvious answer but in all honesty it would be my phone.
What’s your superpower?
I think my superpower is my ability to chat with and get along with just about anyone! I’m a natural chatterbox and like to make people feel comfortable enough to speak up and chat as well. It’s definitely served me well so far!
